LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

LOGISTICS COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Oversee forklift operator activities, including maintaining daily sign-off sheets, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and coordinating break schedules.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management software, and shipping platforms.
• Proficient in Excel
• Work inside non-climate controlled environment- inside warehouse
• Drug screen and background check required

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including transportation, inventory, and shipping for incoming and outgoing materials.
• Manage and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams (manufacturing, procurement, and planning) to streamline supply chain processes.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identifying shortages or delays, and taking proactive steps to resolve them.
• Prepare shipping documents, reports, and records in line with company and regulatory standards.
• Assist in implementing logistics strategies that reduce costs, increase efficiency, and support the company’s sustainability goals.
• Resolve logistical challenges quickly and efficiently, keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Support warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound movement and inventory control systems
