Our client, a Healthcare Body in Tralee Kerry has an immediate opening for a Clerical Officer Grade III to join their team for a 3 month temporary contract.
35 hrs a week,mon-fri 9am-5pm
pay rate: €16.38 per hr

• Reviewing files
• Typing
• Inputting information to the database
• Reviewing files and updating the database accordingly
• Managing reception and phone lines
• Meet and greet
• Experience:
• At least 1 year of professional administrative experience
• Dictaphone typing experience preferable
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• High attention to detail
