Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Public Contract Coordinator to become a key part of our team. Through the Surgery Connect program, public patients are referred to our private hospital for essential surgical care.

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Coordinate with surgeons’ practices to schedule hospital admissions and surgical operations
  • Oversee the full patient journey from referral to post-op reporting

Ensure accurate and timely communication back to the Surgery Connect team

Manage payments to doctors and diagnostic providers efficiently and on time

  • You will be the central link between patients, surgeons, hospitals, and program administrators ensuring a seamless, professional, and compassionate care experience.
