Responsibilities
  • Maintain files, records, and office documents systematically.
  • Enter, update, and manage data in registers, ledgers, or computer systems.
  • Prepare, type, and process official documents, letters, and forms.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, emails, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing simple reports, bills, vouchers, and statements.
  • Perform photocopying, scanning, and other clerical support work.
  • Maintain registers for attendance, inventory, or office transactions.
  • Support seniors and other staff in routine office work as assigned
