Be responsible for coordinating and assisting with the Lean deployment across the organization. This position will support facility projects and efforts related to Lean continuous improvement under the guidance of Lean Manager. Role & Responsibilities: Monitor and collect information related to PQVC metrics. To create and support the creation of reports to make metrics visible. Support the monitoring of activity progress and intervene when needed for all assigned Lean initiatives. Support and co-facilitate Lean related activities to promote the right culture (CI, Problem Solving, Learning Org...). For example, CI monthly recognition, Best Projects recognition and etc., Other Lean communication work and coordination work that assigned by Lean Manager. Must be a results-oriented, proficient in data analysis, and familiar with the implementation of Lean methodologies and Lean Tools. Requirements: Efficient in English speaking and writing. Effective communication skills and teamwork are essential competencies. Willingness to learn and teach. Good skills in office software. Understanding of organization operations or support processes preferred. Excellent time management skills including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple items at once.
