Receptionist - Medical Imaging Centralised Booking   Part time - 2 days per week Wantirna Health - car parking available Working for Eastern Health Medical Imaging as a frontline receptionist to assist patients and medical staff with medical Imaging appointments   Eastern Health   Eastern Health is one of Melbourne’s largest public health services. We know that working together is the only way we can achieve what is necessary for a healthier future.   About the role   This permanent part time position will work with the reception and clerical services for the Medical Imaging Centralised Booking service at Wantirna Health, Peter James Centre and Angliss, includes the duties of customer service, appointment scheduling, telephone enquiries.  Ideally you will have previous  experience in a hospital environment, well developed computer skills including, but not essential, knowledge of EMR and IPM systems, knowledge of medical terminology and an ability to demonstrate good communication skills. Knowledge of Karisma software would be an advantage but not essential.Excellent interpersonal skills, proven customer service and the ability to work without supervision are also required. You will be working in a friendly team environment at Wantirna Health and other Eastern Health sites as requiredAbout you    To be successful in this role you will possess:   Highly developed interpersonal  experience A strong commitment to high quality care The ability to work as part of a diverse team Excellent communication and organisational skills   Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice).
