In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at FGV Agri Services Sdn Bhd Job Description Tugas Utama Menyelesaikan semua kerja-kerja berkaitan Pentadbiran, Kewangan dan Sumber Manusia. Menyelesaikan hal-hal pentadbiran dan kerja-kerja surat-menyurat. Membuat Dokumen-dokumen berkaitan pembelian item-item ladang. Menyelaras akaun dan kewangan stesen. Meyelaraskan SPK dan semua jenis dokumen berkaitan kontrak dengan unit kontrak dan ladang. Hal-hal sumber manusia ladang. Memastikan stok bekalan untuk item-item ladang cukup dan terkawal. Menguruskan keperluan barang keperluan pejabat termasuk penyelenggaraan rumah pekerja dan staf. Mengemaskini hal-hal berkaitan persijilan RSPO, MSPO, HSE dan 5S. Membantu pihak pengurusan untuk lain-lain hal yang berkaitan. Memastikan produk yang diterima oleh pejabat dalam keadaan baik dan mengikut standard. Menguruskan penerimaan baja dan keperluan racun di stor penyimpanan. Lain-lain Tugasan Bekerjasama dengan unit kontrak dan unit kewangan di bahagian pusat. Memastikan perhubungan baik diperoleh bersama NGO dan stakeholder Berhubung dengan badan-badan luar yang berkaitan dengan keperluan pengurusan perladangan. FGV is always on the lookout for talents who are able to contribute positively to the Group. As the Group becomes more diversified, more skill sets from various fields are required to complement, support and implement its plans.
Responsibilities
The Clerk will handle all administrative, financial, and human resource tasks related to the operations of FGV Agri Services Sdn Bhd. Responsibilities include managing documentation, coordinating accounts, and ensuring supply stock is maintained.
