Overview To support the department in the distribution, maintenance, and flow of radiographic images and reports. BEST behaviors, excellent customer service, service recovery, managing-up and professional communication skills are employed throughout the day. Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent preferred Keyboard and general computer usage skills required. Understanding of medical terminology preferred. Demonstrated continuous work experience required. Previous medical or radiology imaging experience preferred. Work experience in positions requiring extensive phone and public contact, or public service preferred. Clear speech and legible handwriting required. Must have the ability and desire to work in high volume, high-pressure work area that requires the ability to handle multiple demands/requests simultaneously, attention to detail and manual dexterity. Must have and fully utilize excellent customer service skills. Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: Employees in this position: Will not operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose NOTE: A frequent driver is defined as one who uses his/her personal or Shands automobile a) at least once daily, b) at least five individual trips per week or c) drives, on average, over 150 miles per week in the performance of his/her job. Please indicate the appropriate operator designation on the Request for Personnel (RFP) form at the time a RFP is submitted to post the position. Licensure/Certification/Registration: None
