OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE :

Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for preparing and processing all Plant and Maintenance Purchase Orders and acting as finance support for the Orangeville team, specifically with regard to plant activities. The finance clerk should be able to analyze and interpret accounting information.
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Salary: $47,945 - $59,905

YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in accounting, administration or equivalent training;
• Have 1-3 years of proven experience as a financial clerk or a comparable role.
• Strong communication skills, confident and assertive
• Highly proficient in Excel;
• Knowledge of BI, Maestro and SAP system (asset);
• Good sense of organization and planning;
• Ability to multitask independently or in a team;
• Ability to process information quickly within tight deadlines
