For our sugar beet division at the headquarters of KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA in Einbeck (Lower Saxony/Germany) we are looking for a dedicated Procurement and Warehousing Clerk (m/f/d).
In this versatile position, you will be responsible for the coordination of seed shipments (national and international) as well as for inventory management and stocktaking tasks.
This exciting and varied position will be filled full-time at the earliest possible date and is intended as part of a fixed-term employment for an initial maximum of two years.
Your new challenge:

1. Quantity bookings and material management

• Carrying out quantity bookings of seeds and production materials in SAP to ensure smooth production supply
• Creation of material masters for auxiliary and operating materials

1. Parts list maintenance and production support

• Maintenance of parts lists for packaging materials as part of packaging orders
• Generation of seed and wrapping material deliveries in SAP

1. Shipping coordination and inventory

• Coordination of seed shipping (national and international)
• Preparation and follow-up of inventory work

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

• 
  
  
  
• Successfully completed commercial vocational training

• Ideally experience in logistics and procurement processes
• Excellent organizational skills combined with a high degree of motivation and flexibility especially during campaign periods
• Team and communication skills as well as a reliable, independent and structured way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken German and a good command of English round off your profile
