YOUR NEW COMPANY
Your new company is a leading housing association based in Aberdeen who play a critical role in supporting their local communities. With exciting plans to upgrade and develop their building assets division. They are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Clerk of Works to head up several small to medium sized projects such as bathroom and kitchen refits.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
The ideal candidate will be an experienced individual ideally within public sector CoW roles with a broad range of project history across public buildings. Candidates from a site management or maintenance background will be considered. You will have strong IT/Communication skills and understand how to operate professionally within a public sector environment. Your role will liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders such as your strategic managers and members of the local community so a problem solving mindset is essential.

Working across the organisation your role will be to plan, oversee and execute a multitude of small/medium projects such as renovations and upgrades. With specific focus on housing and fitout. As a Clerk of Works a key part of the role will be to plan , coordinate and deliver multiple projects across the organisation. You will be working as part of the established assets team at the association.
