Description What will you do in this job? Greet, assist and provide visitors and participants with excellent customer service. Answer phones, routing calls, and take messages. Post outgoing mail, order, receive Employment Services Supplies. Maintain copy/work room equipment and machinery. Follow all security policies and safety procedures that affect the Central office. Support clerical function of Central office of Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Facilitate intake paperwork and schedule appointments for staff. Compensation and Benefits Starting rate: $18.00 followed by eligibility for annual performance-based increases with maximum pay of $20.16. Highest pay as a result of ongoing good performance and years of service. Medical, dental and vision insurance with cost sharing of premiums for employees and dependents. Company paid life insurance. Company paid long-term disability insurance Paid vacation and sick leave accrued based upon hours worked. Twenty-four hours of floating holiday annually. Prorated based upon hire date in the first calendar year of employment. Additional hours of paid time off based on full or part-time status on the anniversary date. Eight paid holidays. Access to On Demand Payment. Bonus available based upon performance and prorated based upon hire date. Enrollment eligibility following one year of service and have worked 1,000 hours in the first year or any calendar year thereafter, or 500-1000 hours each year for three consecutive years. Work Schedule Fulltime, nonexempt position. Days and hours are typically business hours Monday through Friday. However, this position may require flexing hours as business needs indicates.
