Responsibilities: * Accurately enter patient information into the EMR system for registration. * Verify and update existing patient information, including contact details and insurance. * Escorting patients to other departments after registration is complete as requested. * Obtain copies of patient ID and insurance cards. * Collect and process patient payments at the time of registration. * Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism with patients, visitors, and peers. * Must be able to operate the phone, fax, copier, scanner, and printer machines.
