Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB The purpose of this job is to unload inbound trailers, sort inbound packages, package items, stock product (to appropriate location) and convert returned items to use. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES * Returns merchandise to its appropriate location within the distribution center. * Unloads inbound returns trailers and sorts returned items. * Re-boxes merchandise that needs to be repackaged before it can be resold. * Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications * Entry level; zero years of relevant work experience * Basic proficiency with standard business applications such as the internet and email * Collaboration: Able to develop cooperation and teamwork while participating in a group, working toward solutions which generally benefit all involved parties. Able to build relationships with others by offering help and providing suggestions for improvement. * Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles and the importance of providing an excellent customer experience.
