Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and efficient female Administrative Clerk of our team. The primary function of this role involves the systematic recording and maintenance of operational data derived from automobile industry job cards within our digital infrastructure on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, possess a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate proficiency in basic computer operations.
Responsibilities:
* Systematically record daily operational data from automobile job cards into the company’s database.
* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all information transcribed.
* Maintain well-structured digital and physical records of operational documents.
* Provide support with fundamental administrative duties as required.
* Adhere to company protocols for information management and documentation.
Requirements:
* Female candidate.
* Tagalog
* Demonstrated aptitude for accurate and efficient information processing.
* Foundational computer skills and familiarity with data management systems (specify if any particular software is preferred).
* Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
* Strong organizational capabilities.
* Ability to work autonomously and follow established procedures.
