Description
Responsibilities * Handle the operation of the bills transaction, including but not limited to the provision of services and operational support * Control the risks involved in the operation of bills transactions and conduct the compliance review of bills operation * Provide professional advice for front-line units and customers * Maintain good communication with other divisions and answer inquiries about their daily operation * Responsible for various general office administration activities * Handle both internal and external documents delivery   Requirements * Diploma holder or above in Banking, Finance or related disciplines * Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialists (CDCS) is preferred * With exposure in financial institutions a definite advantage * Responsible, hard working and positive learning attitude * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in computer software such as Lotus Note, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. * Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
