What You Will Do Billing run and supporting validation and filing for 3rd party customers. Invoice issuance supporting document preparation. Sales breakdown and AR aging report preparation. AR collection, clearing and bad debt provision calculation. Overdue AR dunning. ICO charge in/out and ICO monthly reconciliation. Bank reconciliations preparation. Support line manager in both internal and external auditing and process improvement. Other ad-hoc requirements. What You Need to Be Successful Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related field. 2-5 years working experience in AR and disbursement functions, MNC background is preferred. Knowledge of financial system, SAP experience is a preferred. Good PC skills, especially in Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Professional working proficiency in English is required. Team player and self-motivated with good communication skills. Bonus Points if You Have Capability in Japanese (both written and spoken) is a plus. Bank treasury software experience is preferred.
