MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Confidentially a must.
  • Ability to sight type. Should be able to type 60 words per minute with minimal errors; must be proficient with excel
  • One (1) year related experience in a similar position or relevant education
  • Position requires a background check by a third-party company.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers and phone systems and use computers for spreadsheets, word processing, database management and other applications (Microsoft Office) and internet search engines.

Responsibilities

Performs duties of clerical support and assists the Project Manager and Department Managers in administrative matters. Drafts reports and letters and files documents and correspondence. They should be a qualified typist and possess operating knowledge of personal computers. Candidate must be able to compose/write and transcribe reports and correspondence; establish and maintain positive working relationships with all employees and the customers.

  • Assist in preparing reports and forms for submission to Corporate and COR.
  • Complete forms accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
  • In the correct format, compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
  • Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other materials.
  • Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications (Microsoft Office).
  • Provide Site Safety Briefs and Escort Briefs to Military, Contractors and Government Employees visiting or working on the site.
  • Assists in the preparation and assembly of briefs and presentations.
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies for administrative users.
  • Adhere to all corporate core values, policies, and procedures in the execution of all responsibilities.
  • Must be able to work effectively with co-workers in a professional manner at all times.All other duties assigned.
