Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers and phone systems and use computers for spreadsheets, word processing, database management and other applications (Microsoft Office) and internet search engines.

Performs duties of clerical support and assists the Project Manager and Department Managers in administrative matters. Drafts reports and letters and files documents and correspondence. They should be a qualified typist and possess operating knowledge of personal computers. Candidate must be able to compose/write and transcribe reports and correspondence; establish and maintain positive working relationships with all employees and the customers.
Must be able to work effectively with co-workers in a professional manner at all times.All other duties assigned.
