Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a strong administrator join our friendly and high performing client account team (CAM) based at our Andover offices. Our CAM team’s focus is to ensure that our Educational Institutions (clients) experience a smooth process in the planning phase of their Graduations. The team consist of a pool of Client Account Administrators that work closely with our clients on the detail of the day. This team is supported by a team of Regional Account Managers and work closely with Event Managers, Customer Care and Warehouse to make sure that every Ceremony is seamless.
The ideal candidate will need to be an excellent team player with strong communication and problem solving skills and a can do attitude. Graduation ceremonies are a once in a lifetime event and our Client Account Administrators ensures that Institutions have confidence that this important milestone goes perfectly. The chosen candidate will work closely with their Client Account Administrator team, keeping the Regional Account Managers in the loop as needed. They will have daily interactions with clients (Educational Institutes) over the phone and email. Experience of assisting customers via these kinds of channels will be essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION / DUTIES

  • Gathering event information from clients and ensuring that this is fed to the right teams across the company
  • Responding to client enquiries in a quick and professional manner
  • Working alongside the Client Account Management team to complete event documents and trackers based on the client’s needs.
  • Helping with the set-up of the Marston Office systems to enable students and staff to order their academic dress, tickets, photography, videography and merchandise for events.
  • Working alongside the Warehouse Manager to scan goods in and out of stock using RFID system.
  • Assisting with selecting academic dress for large graduation events
  • Picking items to specified requirements and specifications.
  • Assisting the warehouse team in checking in and out the right kit and stock for our major events.

  • High attention to detail when inputting and tracking data
  • Confident working across multiple teams and departments
  • Ability to learn and manage internal systems (e.g., event ordering platforms, stock systems)
  • Comfortable working in both office and operational (e.g., warehouse or event site) environments
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting

Knowledge of excel and Office package required, specific software training provided.
