Edmonton Marketing Solutions is a collaborative business consulting and sales firm seeking a qualified Client Account Associate in Edmonton. This position offers a direct opportunity for a professional to represent Rogers and engage in the acquisition of new business accounts. The Client Account Associate will receive formal training to become proficient in Rogers’ client account management protocols. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CLIENT ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE

  • High School Diploma or GED is required; post-secondary education in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing position is strongly considered an asset.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and present solutions effectively.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills, with attention to accuracy and compliance in all client interactions.
  • A results-driven mindset with the professionalism, adaptability, and resilience required to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct structured consultations with prospective clients to identify connectivity needs and recommend tailored telecommunications solutions.
  • Manage the full client acquisition process, from first interaction through successful account activation, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage.
  • Deliver clear, professional presentations that communicate the value and benefits of available service packages.
  • Maintain precise and detailed records of all client interactions, sales activities, and account information within the enterprise CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding, issue resolution, and long-term service satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales goals, performance metrics, and client acquisition targets.
  • Provide ongoing account support by addressing client inquiries, offering solution updates, and strengthening customer relationships.
