Reporting to Head of Client services, you will:
· Understand, empathise and grow existing accounts closely with clients
· Proactively provide prompt communications advice to clients, including ESG sensibilities
· Plan and conduct research for audience and other key insights
· Take strong briefs from clients through deep understanding
· Write inspiring briefs and inspire creative marketing solutions
· Project manage on work quality, timeline and cost
· Write exciting proposals and deliver convincing presentations
· Uncover opportunities to upsell
· Maintain client contact database for whole department
· Update project management software
· Support senior account managers in select accounts; write creative briefs, conduct research, brief KOLs / media contacts, arrange meetings
