(DHi) is seeking a Client Account Liaison to coordinate client interactions, track account activities, and assist in resolving client inquiries. The ideal candidate will support account managers and ensure timely communication and service delivery. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and attention to detail. Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Coordination Track account deliverables and deadlines. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Communicate updates and information to clients and internal teams. Administrative Support Prepare client reports, correspondence, and presentations. Assist with client onboarding and account transitions. Support internal teams with account-related administrative tasks. Reporting & Compliance Generate client account reports for leadership review. Ensure account documentation aligns with internal policies and compliance standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with sales, operations, and project management teams. Assist in improving account management processes and client satisfaction. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in client services, account support, or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential client information responsibly. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting government contracting or defense clients. Familiarity with account coordination and client engagement processes.
