Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow 5–7 client accounts (mostly DTC eCommerce) from kick-off to strategy reviews
  • Act as the client’s trusted partner—anticipate needs, answer questions, and provide actionable insights
  • Coordinate effectively with copywriters, designers, and technical specialists to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Audit Klaviyo campaigns, quality-check all assets, and translate data into clear recommendations
  • Track performance metrics and create reports that highlight key opportunities

Who You Are:

  • 1+ years’ experience managing clients or projects (agency or eCommerce experience a strong plus)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated—you don’t need micromanagement
  • Comfortable learning and working with tools such as Klaviyo, Slack, Notion, Trello, and Google Workspace
  • Available to work core hours between 10 a.m.–2 p.m. CET or 3 p.m.–7 p.m. CET, with some flexibility for occasional U.S. (PST) morning calls

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Experience writing copy, building creative briefs, or shaping email marketing strategies
  • You’re comfortable interpreting performance data and presenting it clearly to technical and non-technical teammates
  • Have prior experience working remotely and staying organized, proactive, and visible
