Due to continued growth, we require an experienced Client Account Manager to join our busy, highly professional team and to have responsibility for servicing the needs of our accountancy customers.
Lugo follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely or from the office. We encourage a minimum of three office days per week for full time employees to ensure effective collaboration and teamwork.
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Account Manager to join our commercial team to ensure that we continue to deliver excellent service to our existing and future client base.
The ideal candidate will have an innate ability to nurture and upsell new opportunities from the existing client base.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring client retention through effective and consistent account management actions and by delivering the highest levels of customer service.
