THE ROLE

We’re looking for an organised, commercially minded Client Account Manager to join our team. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, excellent client relationships, and strong business performance. You’ll take ownership of managing our retainer clients, support revenue forecasting, and play a vital role in refining our internal policies and procedures to help the agency continue to thrive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage relationships with retainer clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and measurable results.
• Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, coordinating with our design, digital, and freelance contractors.
• Assist the Director with financial planning, revenue forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Review, update, and implement company policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Support operational planning and resource allocation across projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, retention, and overall agency growth.
