Description

At Pet Biz Creatives we support pet brands to build meaningful relationships with pet parents through creating fun and engaging digital marketing and developing an effective asset ecosystem.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role you must have strong organisational skills and a willingness to ensure the PBC team and its clients are kept informed, on schedule and accountable to delivery of all projects. Also a high degree of focus on ensuring client success is required while supporting the CEO in managing all client relationships and leading the team to deliver

  • Location: Remote - Work from home - Freelance / Contractor
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, Australian Eastern Time Zone (AEST)
  • Rate: $8,000 per month (40 hours per week) $50 ph + opportunity for your rate to increase over time with your level of experience within the team (6 monthly performance reviews).
  • Attendance at meetings: This role will require you to attend all client meetings via Zoom throughout the week. Typically you will be responsible for 10 clients’ accounts and we meet with them every 2 weeks for 30 minutes, so you’ll have roughly 5 meetings to attend each week with clients.
  • Team Meeting: This role requires the attendance of a Zoom Team meeting every Monday with the CEO and other PBC team members to discuss priorities and client project deliverables, plus brainstorm and collaborate on campaigns
  • Holiday Leave: All holidays are to be taken as unpaid leave while you are working on a freelancer contract with us
