Job Title: Client Account Manager

Location: Brisbane

Salary: $85,000 + Bonus

We are looking for a talented account manager who wants to work in an environment that provides learning opportunities to help them grow and develop their career in the SaaS software industry.

In this revenue generating role you will develop and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clients. Your core priority is to address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships, resulting in increased levels of business and client retention.

You will do this by:

  • Building rapport with clients to proactively maintain and develop relationships.
  • Delivering agreed targets for inbound and outbound call performance.
  • Promoting products and services to existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell.
  • Using objection handling to explore and resolve cancellations.
  • Providing updates and online overviews of additional functionality.


To be considered for this exciting role candidates will:

  • Have experience of working in a B2B SaaS environment, sales or customer service focussed.
  • Have sales and sales forecasting experience.
  • Be inquisitive, quick to learn and well organised.
  • Understand the clients' needs and match these to a solution.
