Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Coordinate project updates, deliverables, and timelines to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project needs, and progress. Support strategic planning by identifying clients’ needs and helping develop tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful execution of client projects. Monitor client feedback and address concerns promptly and professionally. Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless experience. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
