In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our clients and our operational teams, ensuring seamless communication, service delivery, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Monitor account performance and provide insights to improve client satisfaction. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
