In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing any concerns that may arise. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing queries and providing support as needed. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups. Identify and understand client needs to recommend appropriate products and services that enhance their experience. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues. Prepare and present regular reports on account status, client engagement, and opportunities for further development. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in account management or customer service. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously with attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
