Job Description We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Account Representative to join our team in Minneapolis. This role plays an essential part in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and supporting the success of our programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate confidently with clients while helping them navigate their training and development needs. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Assist clients throughout their onboarding, program engagement, and service lifecycle. Maintain organized account records and ensure all client information is current and accurate. Coordinate with internal teams to support client goals, resolve issues, and enhance account performance. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen relationships. Provide guidance and information about available programs, services, and solutions tailored to client needs. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Client-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency in office software and workflow systems.
