Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year Description We are seeking a highly motivated Client Account Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. * Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of products and services according to client needs. * Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. * Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account growth. * Prepare and present regular reports on account status, performance, and feedback. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. * Proven experience in account management, client relations, or sales support roles. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. * Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks. * Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
