Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Account Representative to join our Boston-based team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage account activities, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering client success through clear communication and proactive support. Responsibilities Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts. Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure clients’ needs are met promptly. Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely execution. Monitor account performance, address client inquiries, and resolve issues as they arise. Maintain accurate records of client communications and account activity. Prepare reports and participate in client review meetings. Support cross-functional collaboration to improve service delivery. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer success roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a professional environment. Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary range of $59,000 to $64,000 per year.
