Client Accountant / Client Manager

We are looking for an Experienced Client Accountant who will be highly dedicated to the clients they manage.
You will be working alongside the Director to manage the current client base + onboarding new clients.
It is imperative that you work well with systems and will help in implementing them so we move to be more efficient in the future.
We pride ourselves on top-tier communication with our clients with proactive advice so this is something that you must have experience in (or the desire to do).
Requirements:
-Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, AAT)
-Minimum 5 Years experience in a similar role
-Experience using Xero, Dext, TaxFiler(IRIS) (or similar) & BrightManager
-Experience in tax advisory & Management Accounts preferred
-Experience in the Construction/Trades industry is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full process A-Z for your client base
- Updating Systems & Software’s
- Implementing new Software’s and migrating data.
- Holding client meetings
- Upholding excellent communication with clients
- Managing client onboarding
- Drafting & Completing Year-End Accounts & Tax Returns
- Payroll
- HMRC Registrations
- Management Accounts production
- Essentially everything A-Z for the clients you manage
- Joining initial prospect meetings
As we grow, there will be plenty of room for you to grow within the firm too.
Working Hours will be 40 hours per week, as long as client responsibilities are met and you’re not just doing the bare minimum, where & when you do the work is up to you.
28 days / Year holiday entitlement, including bank holidays.
