Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This position works within our Client Services Department. You will manage and oversee the quality of work of a team of accountants who own their own book of business and are responsible for our clients’ success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage a team of 6-10 accountants and ensure they are completing engagements
  • Ensure accuracy and quality control of client work
  • Oversee the profitability of client engagements
  • Ability to cross-sell and upsell additional service offerings to the client base
  • Responsible for the training and development of team members
  • Manage team workflow to meet client deadlines
  • Technical lead on accounting and technology issues
