How You Will Contribute: Perform accounting services, including bank and general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, compile financial statements, create/maintain financial projections, etc. Provide tactical operational and financial planning guidance to the client and/or team members. Ensure proper resource allocation (skills and level of the team). Manage financial reporting accuracy utilizing available tools to ensure efficient client workflow and on-time delivery of client deliverables. Prepare schedules needed for external auditors and tax return preparers. Assist with researching, implementing, training on new accounting software. Interview accounting personnel for permanent placement. Actively mentor staff and seniors during engagements and support their learning and overall career progression. Other duties as assigned, such as special projects, including other agreed upon procedures set forth by clients. About YOU! Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting. CPA License Required. 5+ years of experience in a controller/CFO role or client accounting services role in a public accounting firm. Experience supervising and mentoring staff. The salary range estimated below is inclusive of all departments within the Firm, and offered salaries may vary within the given range depending on the specific department. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this level is $100,000 - $155,000, not including discretionary annual bonus and other competitive benefits. Qualifications
