REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
3–4 years of experience in sales, account management, relationship management, or investment advisory.
Background in financial services, wealth management, fintech, or investment platforms strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in client acquisition and growing investor relationships.
Exposure to traditional and alternative investment products (e.g., private equity, hedge funds, structured products).
Familiarity with client execution processes and investment compliance requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence and build rapport with high net-worth individuals.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
ADDX is seeking a sales-driven and purpose-led Client Account Manager with up to 4 years of experience in financial services or fintech. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in sales and client relationship management, who are passionate about private markets and alternative investments.
As a Client Account Manager, you will cultivate relationships with accredited investors, manage a diverse client portfolio, and help drive user adoption of ADDX’s investment platform. You’ll also play a key role in providing feedback to continuously enhance our digital client experience.
