The Client Acquisition Associate jump-starts Annex’s growth by finding prospects, sparking real conversations, and booking qualified meetings for our Wealth Advisors. This role blends structured training with hands-on sales experience to build confidence, communication skills, and long-term career momentum. With consistent outreach, sharp CRM habits, and close partnership with sales leadership, you’ll fuel our pipeline, help more families access fiduciary guidance, and earn competitive, performance-driven compensation along the way. What You’ll Do Lead/Prospect Research & Identification: Conduct research to identify individuals who fit Annex’s ideal client profile, leveraging marketing-generated lists and other approved sources to ensure high-quality outreach. Outbound Outreach & Initial Engagement: Proactively contact prospects through phone, email, SMS to spark conversations, build interest, and create positive first impressions. Lead Qualification & Sales Readiness Assessment: Evaluate inbound and outbound leads to determine interest, fit, and readiness – ensuring only well-qualified opportunities move forward. Discovery Meeting Scheduling: Schedule discovery meetings for Wealth Advisors, ensuring all necessary details are captured, documented and communicated. CRM Management & Data Accuracy: Maintain clean, accurate and current records in all CRM systems, ensuring activities, notes, and lead status updates are thoroughly documented. Messaging Alignment & Collaboration: Collaborate with sales leadership and team members to refine outreach scripts and messaging strategies based on real-time feedback while adhering to compliance standards. Activity Targets & Performance Consistency: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and meeting-setting targets with strong follow-through. Work Ethic & Professionalism: Demonstrate reliability, organization, punctuality, and accountability while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions. Requirements What You’ll Need to Succeed Education and Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles; sales exposure is helpful but not required. User-Focused Communication: Excellent communication skills with a service-first mindset, communicate with confidence to professionals and prospects. Coachability & Growth Mindset: Openness to feedback, passionate about continuous learning, and enthusiasm for skill development in a structured environment. Organization & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks, keep accurate CRM records, and maintain organized workflows. Technology Proficiency: Ability to learn and develop proficiency with internal systems, CRM tools, and relevant software.
