We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Client Acquisition Executive to join our team. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting new clients across various industries, ensuring a strong and sustainable sales pipeline. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and building long-term business relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Arabic speaking preffered.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, or business development (UAE experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking ability and persistence in client follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and digital prospecting tools.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
  • Present and promote the company’s products and services effectively.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and support deal closures.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of leads, prospects, and interactions.
  • Provide regular reports on lead acquisition and conversion performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential markets.
