REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma /Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Business Administration or related field
  • Has min 1 year of sales experience in the SME Banking industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of SME businesses and SME financing concept
  • Able to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing and positive personality, with the ability to engage with customers of all backgrounds and personalities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sales activities and tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new lending opportunities within the SME sector through active prospecting and lead generation
  • Provide needs-based financing solutions to new SME clients
  • Administer the onboarding and loan disbursement from new SME clients every month
  • Ensure all sales processes are properly documented and close any gaps in the client acquisition cycle – from onboarding of new SME borrower to first loan disbursement
