POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Client Acquisition Specialist / Business Development Representative with direct experience in the homecare or healthcare industry, and preferably an existing client or referral network. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about helping people and growing community connections.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in homecare, healthcare sales, or client-facing roles
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close service-based sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Existing client base or referral network is a major asset
  • Knowledge of Vancouver’s homecare landscape is preferred
  • Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a vehicle is an asset
Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new private clients through referrals, outreach, and partnerships
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, discharge planners, senior living communities, and social workers
  • Represent Twosome Homecare at local events, expos, and networking functions
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into loyal clients
  • Maintain client relationship databases and weekly progress reports
