JOB SUMMARY

At Carnegie Capital Group, we specialize in helping Canadian businesses maximize government incentives, particularly through the SR&ED program. We are looking for a motivated Client Acquisition Specialist whose focus is on booking and completing qualified meetings with decision-makers.
This role is designed for someone who thrives on outreach, enjoys starting conversations, and wants to be compensated directly for every successful meeting they arrange and complete.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and connect with businesses that may qualify for SR&ED government incentives.
  • Secure and schedule qualified meetings between business decision-makers and our senior team.
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and confirm appointments.
  • Ensure meetings are with the correct decision-maker and meet the qualification criteria.
  • Keep accurate records of outreach activity and scheduled meetings.

Compensation

This role is commission-based with payouts tied to meetings completed:

  • Earn a fixed payout for each qualified meeting completed with a decision-maker.
  • Additional bonuses may be available for meetings that lead to signed clients.
  • No cap on earnings — the more meetings you book and complete, the more you earn.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong communicator comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Confident and professional on the phone and in email communication.
  • Organized, persistent, and self-motivated to hit activity and meeting goals.
  • Experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, consulting, or finance is a plus (but not required).
