Empower Plus Care is a trusted provider of aged care and disability support services, operating across Victoria and other Australian states. We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Client Acquisition Specialist to help grow our client base and ensure individuals receive the quality care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through outreach, referrals, and digital platforms
  • Build strong relationships with clients and families, explaining services clearly and empathetically
  • Conduct initial needs assessments and coordinate onboarding documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and high client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement initiatives

About You

  • Experience in client acquisition, sales, or community engagement (aged care or NDIS preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Knowledge of NDIS, Home Care Packages, or similar frameworks (desirable)
  • Passion for supporting vulnerable communities
