This is a remote position. Job Title: Client Acquisition Specialist – Medical Aesthetics Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (1-hour unpaid break) Client Timezone: EST Key Responsibilities: · Conduct cold calling campaigns targeting prospects in the medical aesthetics and wellness industry. · Research and generate leads from specific zip codes and designated websites. · Perform email outreach and social media direct messaging to potential clients. · Engage decision-makers at med spas, weight loss clinics, plastic surgeons, and dermatologists. · Maintain detailed lead tracking spreadsheets, documenting prospect information and contact history. · Follow up with prospects through multiple touchpoints (calls, emails, SMS). · Guide interested prospects to sign up for the company’s portal system. · Provide daily reports and participate in regular check-ins with management. · Split work time between two similar businesses in different geographic markets. Requirements · Previous experience in cold calling and inside sales; experience in the beauty or wellness industry is highly preferred. · Strong communication skills and professional phone presence. · Ability to handle rejection while maintaining persistence and motivation. · Skilled in lead generation and prospect research. · Comfortable working with multiple clients and adapting to different business needs. · Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.
