Job Description We’re seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Leeds. which is responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, ensuring client satisfaction through direct contact with clients, and other operational colleagues, while adhering to regulatory standards. This role will have a full time office requirement for the first 6 months over probation then after successful review will move to a hybrid model of 3 days in office and 2 days working from home. As a Client Administrator , your responsibilities will include among others: Serving as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour Providing comprehensive administrative support to financial planners, including scheduling and coordinating client meetings Preparing and process client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements while updating and maintaining CRM system with precise and timely information.
