Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Client Advisor, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience at our clinic is exceptional from start to finish.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Operational Support to clinic Audiologists; including administration (answering phones, booking appointments, providing customer service)
  • Prioritize. Who we see and when we see them is critical to drive the best outcomes. You are key in organizing this success.
  • Stock Management
  • Liaise with internal (Audiologists) and external (clients, medical professionals) stakeholders whilst providing empathy and high levels of customer service.
  • Data Entry. Attention to detail is key to ensuring smooth outcomes.
