As an in-store Client Advisor, you will act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an excellent experience to our customers in-store, as well as via phone and email. You will always put the customer first and deliver great customer service, striving to exceed customers’ expectations.  This position is based on-site at our Newstead Boutique.Your Impact Provide an outstanding customer experience through excellent product knowledge and service Handle omnichannel enquiries via phone and email as well as walk-ins, supporting sales enquiries from all segments Proactively attract new customers while building and maintaining relationships with existing clients Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store targets Host and participate in events and activations at the store Deliver a premium, memorable shopping experience through strong Brand storytelling and selling skills Ensure the store reflects brand guidelines, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and atmosphere Collaborate with Field Sales and Inside Sales teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer journey About You Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a strong sense of presence on the store floor and the ability to communicate confidently with customers.
