Position Overview:
Based in our Client Service Center in Irving, Texas, the Client Advisor is responsible for delivering best-in-class client service by understanding and responding to each client’s unique needs. You will provide personalized assistance and advice with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail via phone, email, and digital channels, advising and assisting clients. This role also requires meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales targets.

Missions

  • Consistently strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs related to client satisfaction, service quality, and client retention, focusing on sales.
  • Provide exceptional inbound client service via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their preferences and offering tailored recommendations.
  • Take ownership of client concerns and ensure their resolution through innovative solutions. Collaborate with other departments to efficiently solve issues, ensure client retention, and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Ensure accurate information and follow-up are entered into the system and relevant databases, updating records as needed.
  • Handle client complaints and challenging situations professionally, ensuring effective resolution while upholding Louis Vuitton’s high service standards.

Profil

In addition to the requirements previously mentioned, successful candidates will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English. French and/or Spanish are a plus.
  • Proven sales and storytelling abilities.
  • A demonstrated client-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and a collaborative team player.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results according to agreed schedules.
  • Strong punctuality and time-management skills, adhering to assigned schedules to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Background in luxury retail is a plus.
  • A strong interest in luxury fashion and awareness of current trends is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse work environment, leveraging multicultural perspectives to enhance collaboration and innovation.
