Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a Client Advisor to join our Motor or Household team within our Affinity Personal Lines Division. Reporting to the Motor or Household Team Lead this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to service existing motor or household insurance customers handling incoming customer calls, processing policy changes and renewals. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years personal insurance experience with practical knowledge in Applied Relay.

ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE

  • Handling incoming customer calls and emails.
  • Processing client renewals and mid-term adjustments.
  • Out bounding to customers to secure renewal.
  • Generates policy leads from existing customers.
  • Assisting with other team tasks as required.
  • Complying with risk control and regulatory requirements that are relevant to this role
  • Maintaining commercial awareness relevant to this role
