Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant (Part Time) to lead our new showroom in Eindhoven. Take full ownership of the boutique, delivering exceptional client experiences and managing daily operations independently. As the face of the brand in the Netherlands, you’ll build lasting relationships through personalised service and expert guidance, shaping our presence and creating unforgettable moments for our clients.

SKILLS YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in a premium or luxury retail environment, with a strong sales track record
  • Jewellery, gemmology, or luxury product training (e.g., GIA, JAA) highly regarded
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience handling phone, video, and face-to-face consultations
  • Able to learn systems quickly and troubleshoot issues independently
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated to contribute beyond your core responsibilities
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and a positive, solution-focused attitude
  • Creative eye for styling and passion for unique, bespoke jewellery
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in product handling, visual merchandising, and client communications
  • Customer-first mindset, acting as a brand ambassador and delivering exceptional experiences
  • Impeccable personal presentation and alignment with brand aesthetic
  • Willingness to travel to support other stores within the region to contribute to business success
  • Availability to work weekends and peak trade periods is essential
